    It’s just a shame they didn’t support their disgusting manager enough to come and watch their team live then isn’t it?

    Lost a lot of respect for that club this season. I saw them as a kind of Accrington style fairytale getting this high up the ladder, but I wouldn’t mind seeing them crash out of the football league now.

    150 of them bothered to turn up and show their passion and now they're comparing Barton to Sir Alex, who I can't recall ever headbutting (rumoured) an opposition manager.

    Look on the Cod Army page on Facebook. It's a pretty busy page for a club that can only muster 151 for a 90 minute journey on a Saturday afternoon.

    One thing this seems to have done is unify fans from all over the country (excluding Fleetwood) in their dislike for Barton.

    Lots of well wishers on Twitter. Seems it'll suit most for him to be kicked out of football.

    Trying to be impartial here and putting myself in their shoes I wouldn't want to believe it either. Unfortunately for them he has form so most right minded people would believe Woodrow and Cavare.

    I like Fleetwood.
    I hope they do well.
    Not sure about Barton.
    And Yes I know he’s snotted one of our own - so there will be talk of revenge for that - but he’s just like most guys with a short fuse.
    In saying that - it’s very unprofessional what he’s done - people in those high pressure positions have to have the ability to count to 10.
    I know I couldn’t be a sports manager.
