Went online last week to renew mine and the lads tickets using the finance option. Got a notification a couple of days later saying the finance was rejected. No issue with that, kinda had an idea it would be. However been online this morning to renew using the credit card and the option to renew is no longer there. Anyone else had this problem ? Im assuming its a trip down to the ground tomorrow to sort it.
Mine did that it boiled down to the e-mail address I had registered with them. He sorted it just changed it for me.
I’ve been in twice since to rectify this they go thru everything send it all through it’s then comes back as saying invalid product code
