    ...before he gets poached. The man is a legend and im a wilson fan but Daniel simply tops the lot. Clubs will come looking now and if he has an escape clause in his contract like his assistant had, lets offer him something to keep him for the future

    Can't see him going to be honest. Why jump to Stoke or QPR for example when if you keep impressing your current employer you could end up at Nice?

    Contracts are great until tbe results stop irrespective if promotion gained or not.

    Compensation aside I don't think it really matters, managers only really leave when a better offer comes in or are sacked. Can't think of many who have left over a contract.
    Now if we are saying the lad deserves a pay rise and we want to make sure we are well compensated if he leaves then it makes sense.
    But a new deal does not mean he won't leave, we don't have to look back far to realise that.
