    The club decided to terminate his contract by mutual consent.

    How exactly does an employer decide to terminate ones contract by mutual consent. I dont' give a monkey's what I've done - no ones taking my mutual consent without mutually consenting to the rest of the money I'm owed on my contract.

    they can fire me for breaching contract / gross misconduct. but they'll never take my mutual consent alive copper.
