Come on Jay. Seriously?! He's suggesting the club should have organised the thing around the weather forecast!

Would have thought Police & Council would have a large day in it(much more than anyone at the club)

There going on holiday today. It was already booked before Barnsley Council decided to put it on. Nothing to do with BFC it’s BMBC that put it on!!

Maybe it was the Mayor's decision. He might have had bogs and stuff to open other days.

Don’t know why some of our fans argue tbh.
We have a small catchment area competing with loads of teams in a thirty mile radius were not like Sunderland who have one club competing with them in a massive catchment area .
We may not have the catchment area of Sunderland or even Wendy’s as far as that goes,
What we can compete in and win hands down in most cases Is fans per population were miles in front of Sunderland ,Sheffield and a lot of other so called big named clubs quality over quantity every time imo .

I'm not suggesting young Nudger isn't being (purposefully) a bit daft nor do I think the club are at fault for anything, but at the same time, half six on a Wednesday in the cold and rain aren't the ideal conditions for an open top bus ride. Nor watching said bus soaking wet and freezing cold. It's for these reasons I didn't go. Nudger did go. I suspect many giving him a hard time made the same choice as me. If I understand the word correctly, I believe there to be more than a touch of irony in that.

I'd suggest if nudge stuck to posting sense like he is actually capable of there wouldn't be an issue. As for the parade I'm not sure I'd have travelled far to watch it even if the sun had been cracking the flags. All a bit after the moment had passed for me but each to their own.

I agree with you there too, which adds to what Nudge said I think. Although I would have gone had it been good weather, but I live much closer to town than you.

Lol, that's true. Kerry weather is behaving itself today though. Nice day for a parade. :)

No I’m NOT purposefully being daft - it’s natural.
Point being - there should have been a bit of thought put into this parade.
No one at the club will have booked a holiday- because there was a huge chance that they would be playing this Saturday.
So why didn’t they look at the weather forecast for Saturday and choose that day when more people could attend ???

How long do you think it takes to book a holiday, that it can't be done in a week? Takes literally 5 minutes online
