I think if you want it posted out it said July and if you chose the option to pick from the ground it said August. That seems late so I think they will want to post out the thousands of packs without people turning up in person for them, but as soon as they feel they can cope they will pop a message on the official website to say people can now pick up from the box office.
August will be a bit of a problem if we are at home on August 3rd I think someone posted that they had said somewhere mid July in the Box office when they asked

Very funny but watch out for libel action. No company would take too kindly to statements like that put out into the public domain, jocose or otherwise.
Be careful if you've ordered your season pass to be collected from the ground. Last season I went to pick mine up before the first home game. I queued what seemed like an eternity to be told it automatically goes onto last season's pass. I told them that I'd paid for a new one and thrown the old one out. They then looked at me like I was an alien. They made we wait even longer and printed me a new one. I then asked for a wallet to put it in and they'd ran out.
Is that right Bob? In the past mine has just been updated remotely, which has meant i’m always ******ng myself that it works for the first game.
