Can anybody on here recommend digs in the Barnsley area?

    As the title states, does anybody on here know someone who offers digs - ie rooms with or without meals - for a couple of weeks or so, starting on 01 July?

    This is for my son. He is a very sensible lad attending a course in Barnsley at a certain football club.

    He doesn't smoke, drink or take drugs.

    If it was just a couple of days i mightve been able to help but someone living with me for a few weeks would do my head it. Plus i havent got a bed in spare room yet cos ive just moved in.

    Just to add to that, If you cant find anywhere for the entire time he is here let me know and can crash at mine for a few days gratis, live just off Donny road so not far from town/oakwell.

    But an AirBnB might do you a cheap deal for a longer booking, try find one that is owned private instead of through a company.
