    Glad we’ve got him.

    He’s up for ABH and Violent Disorder which means that there must be at least 3 in the dock.

    Quite serious and could go down if potted.

    VD often cracks down to the lesser offence of affray and with a good basis of plea defendants, particularly young ones with no real form can be given community penalties.

    Specific assaults, if part of the unlawful violence, are often left on file as part of the accepted public disorder plea.

    If he fights it and loses, custody more than likely, though offence will be 3 years old and committed by him as a teenager, so I’d still argue the for non-custodial or suspended.

    Trial 11th May, so season over unless we make play-offs.
