Moore rarely stays with any club a long time and has actually now played more games for Barnsley than anybody else. His career plan is clearly to move about and maximise earnings with signing on fees. He'll probably end up at Bristol but be gone for them within 12 months. I'd have loved to keep the promotion side together but the players had different ideas. Not going to shed many tears for rich young men spying the main chance.

What, he'd wish he was back at the club he did so well at and had a major hand in its promotion but still fans couldnt wait to get shut of him so they can buy a player that looks ace on you tube. Yes i bet he cant wait. If i was him id hand a transfer request in, its been made obvious for the last 2 weeks what the clubs plan is, i bet he thinks cheers like.

We need to keep him - we have no need to sell with 2 years left on his contract - he’ll be a big player in this division! Why on earth do we seem to want to sell him? If Kieffer wants to leave, we have a decision to make - in my view, I’d make an exception to my normal view of selling the player - should tell him to buckle down. Also, it’s speculation that he wants to leave/is leaving - we seem to be wishing it! Let’s tell him we want him here!

I agree, who actually knows he wants to go and does he want to go because he gets the feeling hes being pushed out. Heard a lot of folk almost stating it as fact he wont score in the championship, but forgive me if im wrong, he did score a few before in a shocking team led be the worst manger ive ever known, im sure he'll get more now. Whatever happens, I think the clamour for him to go is extremely disrespectful to a very important player from last season. Some folk are fanny licked about a player weve never seen play. I hope he stays.

I'm greedy and want as many strikers as we can get BUT if there's choices to be made we have to trust that the management team make the right ones. Its imperative we score goals, I honestly think we ll need a minimum of 2 per match to stand a chance of winning matches.

Maximise his earnings from signing on fees? He dropped a league to get some game time. He’d have been on more at Ipswich than us, and I don’t we pay anything like significant signing on fees.

True but I dont expect them to every game. Just can't see us winning many having kept a clean sheet that's all.

I find their chicken is often dry and their sides of questionable quality if this helps at all

Moore is better than Kone and that’s a fact.

How many full games have you watched kone play to base your opinion?
I like moore hope he stays he gives us another option. He probley does want to leave though Bristol bigger wages, alot closer to home, bigger crowds a team who are hoping to be top 6.

There seems a lot of interest in Kone. Non of us really know how he will adapt to the Championship. If the board & DS are keen on him I'd be trusting their judgement. I would have thought if he comes in, it is to replace Moore, but we are waiting to get the signing sorted before we let him go.

I think we must accept that player turnover will be high under our new system. If we are signing better players as a result it will pay off. One or two will fail to produce, that is for sure, but it is looking pretty positive thus far. We're all sad to lose Davies, Pinnock & Lindsay, but we look to have brought in quality replacements & look to have more options than we had before the window started.

Never said that I was wanting him out for another player to come in.. I’m just merely giving my opinion of him and my honest assessment of what I’ve seen over the past few seasons.

Granted his goals helped us achieve promotion last season but so did Cauleys who’s committed to the cause

We don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes but what I do know is that a fair few of the signings from the old regime are jumping ship at first opportunity and if he does leave, i for one won’t be too disheartened
