    Channelling my inner 'Conan'.........so no collection from the Box Office, i.e. the place where you pick up tickets? Seems somewhat odd. What if I'm going away for the first week of the kids school holidays? Does that mean I can't get my ticket (I mean membership pack)? I suppose at least if I work the times are convenient.

    i know what you mean monday to friday 10am to 4pm is when everybody isnt at work...

    What the actual?! Those times are ridiculous! 10-4 weekdays only? And bloody typically I’m at a wedding on Open Day. Collections are weather dependent? What’s in the packs, ice lollies that will melt or something?

    This is ludicrous. I always collect my ST the Saturday lunchtime of the 1st home match. Whatever was wrong in that?

    Seems now that it will have to be a special trip and a day off work

    It doesn't adversely affect me but I have sympathy for those that it does. I also have to say what other business would go so far out of its way to p!ss off its most loyal customers. Would it kill anybody to offer two or three evenings.

    Aye not ideal, I have no idea how I’m going to be able to collect mine.

    Surely the club could offer a couple time and half to work a few hours on an evening?

    This is poor. Whilst I get they want most fans to get the packs ASAP, they should offer at least one evening.

    It’s great for folk on the rock and roll or shift work, but for those on 8-4 or 9-5 etc, it’s just poor.

    Myself and several others didn’t pay for postage, as we knew it could be a pain getting the parcel i.e away on Hols or returns to post office to collect etc.

    I think the club are doing well and working hard, but at times they seem to miss the obvious bits out. And if they do release an evening now ‘due to demand’ then you’ve got to ask what we’re they thinking of in the first place.

    End of rant.
