    Anybody know of any one that can sort out computer problems because I
    have one think its just something I have done wrong trying to get printer and computer to connect wirelessly

    If that's what's caused it, it shouldn't be too difficult to get it fixed. What errors are you getting?

    Sorry but every thing to do with computers is double dutch to me I have been trying to get a set of earphones to pair up to a alexa dot and made a complete **** up of it wish I had never tried doing any thing because every thing I have tried doing I have made a **** up of but my excuse is that I am 85

    Just about to say that... is it accidentally in aeroplane mode? You might see a small picture of an aeroplane on the taak bar - click on it and you should be able to switch it off

    Is your Laptop wireless definitely switched on ? , on some Laptops you have to press the Fn key together with one of the other F keys to enable wireless.
    What model Laptop / Printer are they ?
