At half time I was but second half (apart from the injuries) had me feeling a bit better. Positives: If we have to lose our home record I'd rather it be today than against Leeds Wilks is not going to get pushed around. Has competitor written all over him. Showed some fight back second half which we need. Still above the relegation places I swear some people round me want us to lose so they can have a good grumble. Booing is not going to help us stay up, the effort is there but it's just not coming together yet
First half little effort and no ability. Second half we tried and Luton took their foot off the gas. Agree about the booing not gonna help anyone.
We were garbage- end of..... Only reason 2nd half wasn't terrible is because Luton were up 3-0 and weren't going for it
Their goals were down to the ball dropping nicely to one of their players. Granted positioning could have been better but it was just one of those days.
I'm just not as fussed as I once was. We're going to be good in league 1 and then sell our best players after promotion, endure a miserable season in the championship, be relegated, repeat ad nauseum. It's just all too predictable.
I'm ok to be honest, but if they're still churning out **** like that in another 5 games time then I'll definitely be worried.
Couple of positives. Sibbick is far better at centre back than full back Garbage first half but had a decent game 2nd half. I'm not a big fan of Williams but thought he had an outstanding game when he came on. So get Cavare back in at right back and Sibbick to Centre back for next game.
Neither am I. We were rubbish today in the first half, better in the second although they maybe relaxed a bit. Long season ahead, but let's give these young lads a chance and our support, at least until January. We don't have any other alternatives.
A great day in prospect tomorrow. Great weather, if we bat all day we should just about do it. I'm a Happy Clapper at cricket too
