The initial error put us in trouble but his angles were all wrong. It’s a fine to experiment given the results so I’d like to see Collins who was very good for Burton last season.

His angles really weren't all wrong. I think Collins will be a good keeper but a massive overreaction to suggest Radlinger should be dropped.

I disagree. I don't blame Radlinger for Wednesday's goal, he shouldn't have even been facing a shot, but he positioned himself badly and opened up the whole goal for the Wednesday player to pass it in to.

Not overly impressed by the lad so far. Wouldn’t mind seeing what Collins can do...

Watched it several times and completely disagree. Do you also think he should be dropped?

Erm, I don't know. Dropped sounds too harsh for how he's played. But I thought Collins played really well against Carlisle, apart from giving me chest pains when he dribbled with the ball, and I guess he was dropped. I don't think, when you've signed two keepers, giving them both a chance necessarily means you're dropping someone. You're trying out what you've got.

Anyway, I think the position of goalkeeper is the very least of our problems.

For the record, I think Radlinger has looked ok so far considering the dross he’s had to deal with in front of him.

He flapped at the second goal today but I’d still say it was a foul, in today’s football anyway.

Just would like to see Collins having a go. As you say he was impressive v Carlisle. While we are feeling our way to a competitive tram it’s a good time to see what he has to offer.

Goalkeeper is least of my worries vs Wigan. No Diaby or Woodrow is, big time & the Cavare situation too.

Add captain Bahre & McGeehan off form too.

If we get anything at Wigan Stendel needs a medal.

We are in a bit of trouble at the minute.

Not to say it can't be done. Wigan haven't pulled up any trees as yet, but I don't fancy us TBH.

Yep, least of our problems. And of course giving Collins a chance means you're dropping Radlinger. Pre season was the time for trying things out. If he's our number one then he shouldn't be removed from the team after one error.

Looked at the replay - their lad jumps backwards into him with no attempt to win the ball.

When Wilks did that he got booked. We were awful but yet again some very questionable refereeing - and he fell for LuaLuas schtick every time.

Radlinger’s a good keeper. No doubt in my mind. Breeds confidence.

The problem is in front of him - the back 4 individually are decent, but poor as a unit (to be expected).
