Hah! There's nothing more satisfying than whining Indian cricket fans on Twitter. 'Ave it!

Thankyou RH for the civil answer, unlike BR's snotty reply.

As football fans are finding out, you can have correct decisions and more correct results with replays but it doesn't make the game better to watch and imo it destroys the spirit of the games.

I won it for us by refusing to come inside and watch whilst weeding the garden in the blazing heat. It was hard out there. Superstitious? Moi?

"WTF is he on about?" implies you think he is talking out of his arse. It was the way you said it. I get that you didn't see it, maybe asking "why has he said that?" might have got a better response.

In years to come when they talk of Stokes impervious knock at Headingley I can say "I was there....when England made 67 in the first innings".

This. A simple “what happened?” Or “is that true” is how you ask that question. Not “what the **** is he on about”

Fair point and i’d agree with the sentiment. I think the problem now, in many sports, is there is provision for reviews to remove the human error in Officials and yet they still keep getting the big decisions wrong. It cost NZ in the World Cup final and it cost Australia today. I think that takes the edge of a win.
I still agree with your sentiment though and (in my world) would scrap reviews in all sport. Two reasons:
    - if you move professional sport too far away from how its played at an amateur level, you’re in danger of creating two separate sports.
    - sport isn’t that important when the world is going to hell in a hand cart.

I get where you are coming from but at the same time I find it a bit sad that you cannot completely savour this incredible win. They deserved to win in my opinion.

That’s fair enough and believe me I was screaming at the TV with the best of them. I just thought the Officialdom point was worthy of discussion and loads of people saying how good they were feeling isn’t really a discussion.
It could be that i’m Just a bit hot so i’ll go and get a Jubbly - if they still sell them!

I accept that Titus, but I getting a little tired of BR jumping on my case at his every opportunity. Its becoming a bore now.
