    Heyup
I do apologise but I have been so incensed by a poster's thread that I have resorted to posting an unseemly reply. It is out of character as I am normally very polite to all. However can I request that where someone is being deliberately rude to others by way of belittling, insulting and it is clear that that is their intent then they be banned from the board? By all means ban me if you think it appropriate to do so but I do not want to read comments by that poster again. He/she is extremely disrespectful to all.
Apologies once again but said poster made me vexed!

You should take a ban for using the word ‘vexed’.

My favourite English word used to be "quagmire". It's now "vexed". Sorry quagmire, it's over.

am quite vexed that quagmire got relegated
after so many seasons at the top........on a serious note i once posted a thread along kamikaze's line that thete's no need for insulting or condescending remarks..we all have an opinion and are entiled to express it freely.......(unless it's about Brexit apparently)

Wish it was as easy to eject the same morons who sit an throw insults at certain players for not performing out of the ground.
Is it not painful enough watching.
But their reply is often I paid my money I can do as i like .
    Lovely thanks for the company.

I try & use "myopic" where possible. I first came across it in a letter of complaint in the mid 80's working at Yorkshire Bank.
A guy had had a loan declined by head office & he referred to them as "myopic demigods", brilliant.

Actually, I quite like "fret" now you mention it. If I get fed up with "vexed", I'll consider bringing on "fret" as a sub.
