by far the best man on the pitch both side. The young lad has been fantastic tonight.
Pity his team mates are no where near
The defending has let us down again
We had them on their knees for half an hour before defence went awol

I would say Mowatt man of the match for me but yeah, Ben Williams played well. I will need to watch their first goal again though, seemed like all of our defence had their legs stop working but I can’t be sure who was culpable yet.

Well I have called the lad but he has improved no end. He was all over the opposition and at this rate he will be the first man out for a million

It was "after you" defending between Williams and Anderson for the first, Anderson learned his lesson and impeded Mowatt for the second by going for the same ball. 2 wrong decisions out of 2 there. I guess both their involvements in the goals we conceded might have influenced it - even so I'd have given it to Mowatt, we'd be even more overrun without him.

Agreed. Very decent performance, and improving. No nonsense, with plenty of effort.

Must’ve watched a different game to me. He’s out of his depth in this league and I’ve no idea why we didn’t sign a competent left back in the summer

Very harsh. To an extent they all ( apart maybe from Woodrow) look out of their league at times but he put a steady shift in tonight, especially first half where a lot of play took place right under my nose.

Thought he was a lot better then the other options at left back have shown us, that is his spot to lose now.

Sibbick doesn't tackle, he just tracks runners we need somebody with a bite to tackle in the middle. Or teams run through us . Sort centre half out and we got half a chance. Role on preston

Williams played well yesterday as did Bähre and mowatt in my opinion. Sibbick has been dreadful in the last 2 games which I find no pleasure in saying as I can see him growing into the season.

Poor for me. Provided no attacking threat, was at fault for 1st goal with anderson and has no pace. League one maybe but he wouldn't get into any other championship side.....

No attacking threat? He was probably the tidiest player on the pitch.

Funny game football in terms of what we all see and how different we see it. Fans lauding Mowatt as MOTM and saying Bahre was excellent, but for me that's Mowatt's worst game of the season and Bahre vanished from 55 minutes on. Never known Mowatt lose the ball or give it away as much as last night and I thought his lack of pace really showed. He also kept turning back in to trouble to be on his left foot.

This isn't a criticism by the way as he sets the bar really high.

I agree Mowatt wasn`t at his best last neet and Bahre did his usual of going missing when the chips are down, cant believe Stendell didn`t sub him.

B Williams did alreight for me

Compare Williams and the Derby full back who evidently is valued at 10m.Not sure there's such a massive gap in performance.

Bahre offers nothing, but I'm willing to get behind all the players. We need to start winning

All the attacks were coming from young Ben Williams. He had a blinder
