Ben Williams posted a photo on his Instagram of him and Daniel, perhaps also not happy he has gone. The photo has been liked by Mads, Schmidt and J Williams. I doubt many of the players are pleased he is gone.
Jesus your winding people up that’s all I’m going to say on your post I think you should apply for the position
He’s been at it for a few days now since we Lost at Preston. Wasn’t a bad contributor before so don’t know why he’s gone on the wind up now but I’m gunna have him on mute for a bit until he settles back down and stops posting drivel.
Climbing the town hall in the manner you have suggested could possibly be accomplished with a good plan and team behind the attempt. Tough though...the boxing gloves would be a killer...
As in football, going down would be easily achieved. Going up however would be a quite different story.
I agree I think the players will be gutted they were clearly still playing for stendel from what I saw.
I'd do it for nowt. The players are hardly going to come out and say Stendel was rubbish we wanted him out are they? Whether he was or wasn't. There will be players who haven't fea0tured that are glad he's gone that will think they'll get a clean slate under a new boss. My intention isn't to wind anyone up. I won't cry wolf and slag the board off for sacking a head coach when the team is near bottom of the league. The statement by the club was pathetic and I agree with the anger in some quarters. However, I'm none apologetic for my opinions.
In what ways wasn't I bad contributor. Was it because I always went with the Status Quo? I'm suddenly the anti-christ because I'm happy the board put sentiment to one side and possibly sacked a head coach early enough to try and stay in the division.
Anyone....and I mean anyone who could use the phrase “I won’t cry rape” in such a manner is beneath contempt in my eyes.
Think you might be confusing it with crying wolf/ foul. Nobody says "cry rape"!! For obvious reasons...
Thanks for throwing him the lifeline Titus! We all make mistakes. Whilst on the subject I’d recommend the series “Unbelievable” on Netflix. True story that starts with a girl forced to retract a rape allegation. You’d hope that it was a historical account but then I’ve just seen the case of the girl currently on trial in Cyprus after being forced to retract rape allegations against Israeli men. Still shocking that it happens.
