    He's had three managerial positions, all at a decent level, doing well at two clubs in the Swedish 2nd tier. How much experience do you expect a club with our philosophy to get.

    I’m not dismissing him at all, but the Swedish second tier isn’t a ‘decent’ level. Dalkurd average less than 1,000 attendance per game. It’s about equivalent to the English 5th tier.

    We won't get any decent manager come in and agree to be a head coach with spreadsheet players offered to them. The better bosses want to be known as a manager and find players all on their own.
