What a performance by England that scoreline flattered New Zealand. One of the best displays from an England team I have seen in years. Probably the best since the 2003. That follows on from a superb quarter final if and it’s a big if they can play like that in the final I can’t see Wales or SA living with them. Shame it wasn’t the final.

No conflict... Owens is a great referee... I'd be happy if he was refereeing England v Wales.

I thought Owens had a good game less sure about the Video ref but I thought the on field reffing was fine. Maybe he could have yellow carded a NZ player towards the end but I am happy he gave them one final warning.

If we can play like that again next week, it really doesn't matter who wins tomorrow.

Hard to imagine anything but a Springbok win in the other semi, Wales have been very lucky to have made it this far.

One of the best games of Rugby by an England side, am I going OTT, we gave em 7 points it should have been a clean sheet.

    Different class Rugby isn’t it?
Fought out toe to toe, shake hands and respect at end.
Respect to NZ commentators and Hansen, no excuses just acknowledging England performance.

Don't write Wales off....personally I'd rather play SA in the final.

ITV take the sting out of the achievement by sodding straight off to the adverts for 5 minutes. I would have liked to have seen more crowd celebrations before they did that.

No I don't think you're over the top... we controlled the game from the kick off and put them under pressure at every moment... as you say it should have been to nil... New Zealand never looked like scoring and the penalty discipline denied them field position or the chance to keep the scoreboard ticking over.

We bullied them for almost the full 80 minutes, and they had no idea how to cope with it.

It'd have been great watching anyone do that to the Kiwis but the fact it was us is awesome.

It's how sport should be played . Absolute warriors on both teams, literally blood, sweat and tears. Humble in victory and gracious in defeat.

Scoreline Flattered NZ, completely outplayed them, we even gifted them a try.

Very positive that we'll win this world cup

I like Rugby, but don't follow the leagues. But at international level it's a cracking game, isn't it? 2 teams of absolute warriors, to a man giving 100% with very few incidents of sportsmanship. Brilliant. I think the Football authorities should look at the sport and take note of the respect the players and fans showed the officials and even each other. There were a good few decisions that if they happening on the football pitch would result in the players harassing the ref and the fans baying for his blood, but in this game they all just accepted it and moved on. Class..

Me too. Wales always seem to raise their game against us. I definitely won’t be surprised if Wales win tomorrow. Still it will be a stress free watch.
