What’s the craic with him then?

Usual stuff aside, he’s not in 1st team or in U23s. Is he injured or has there been a fall out?

Deemed not good enough? Having watched him the last couple of years that's my conclusion.

Disagree. Don’t know what’s happened, and clearly something has, but as far as I’m concerned he offers far more than those signed in the summer.

He offers more than Wilks does at present that’s for sure.

Wilks maybe but not Luke Thomas. If Thomas isn't producing in a game you can at least count on his graft and attitude to still be 100%, whereas Wilks and Thiam are questionable.

I agree that Thomas looks to have more to offer than Thiam. Still needs an end product tho......now where have we heard that before??!!

I disagree and my view is.
He offers one or two shots a game, where he just smashes the ball and Hope's for the best. Occasionally one will go in and it looks brilliant. Beyond that he barely looks like a footballer. Has no stamina, can't track back, can't tackle, can't beat man, struggles to find a man with a pass, has poor delivery into the box. In league one we could carry him as we one of the best teams in the league, in the hope he would contribute with a goal. In this league I would be shocked if any sensible manager saw him offering much in a relegation scrap.
I suppose you could argue we are so poor we may as well give him a go maybe one of his pot shots will go in. If we are sticking with the current formation though then he doesnt really fit anywhere.

Been useless for two and a half years so will hopefully try and recoup something for him in January.

First season he seemed terribly unfit. Last season he'd clearly worked on it and I thought he had something to offer at that level. Not the best in the team, but OK. This season his fitness seems worse than ever. He really doesn't look like a footballer at the moment.

Maybe Thiam is waiting for club shop to get XXXXL kit size in stock?

I don't think we're in a relegation scrap. I think we're already down. I'd start playing the forgotten under 23's such as Oduor, Henry, Bird and Styles in preparation for next season in League 1 and I'd give Thiam game time to get him fit and try and recoup some cash on him in January.

While i also think we are going down I think it's too early to actively give up.

If that was true then it's totally baffling. We sell every other player we have first chance we get.

Like when we turned down silly money from Crystal Palace for Matt Done.
