    Agreed. Worked his way up from managing in the conference and what a job he's done. His overall record is fantastic. Hope he leaves the blunts for a another PL team. I think maybe Everton should look at him should they sack Marco Silva.

    Proper football manager and a nice guy too by the sounds. What I like about United is they've got into the premier league with players who would die for each other, they seem to ha e a real togetherness.

    Reminds me so much of the squad we had when we got promoted thru the play offs a few year back. I honestly think if we didn't sell up in January then we would have got into the play offs.

    He does seem to have something and is doing a phenomenal job. Unfortunately because of the club he is managing I can't wish for anything but failure for him. I hope he moves on sooner rather than later.

    The biggest compliment I can pay him is that he’s made Sheff Utd likeable, I was cheering them on against Arsenal last Monday

    I hope they get destroyed every single time they play, scoring no goals, ever, conceding millions, and being relegated to the Manor Top Sunday League for taking the Bin Laden family's money.

    He's a fantastic manager, though.

    Cant do with him. Media was all over him when he slagged his goalie off now hes best thing ever cos they beat gunners (the media's most hated team). Fair play they have done brilliant so far but as a Barnsley fan i can never be pleased or 'cheer on' the sheffield clubs!!

    He's got a point though. They're not there to make up numbers or for people to enthuse about their guts or team spirit. They're there to get enough points to stay up and so far it seems to be working.

    Slagged his goalkeeper off to get a reaction out of him. It’s good man management that he did last season as well when Henderson had an awful game against Villa. Last season it worked and they ended up getting promoted, this season since Wilder said that about Henderson he’s played brilliantly and nominated for player of the month.

    Fantastic man management, it’s about knowing which buttons to press for certain players.
