    if we have a under 23 team that is playing really well under Devaney ???
    Why can't we swap them enbloc for the supposed first team who are all under 23 who are playing crap
    If the board is going for youth play the under 23 next match with Devaney as manager

    We are not playing crap though all the time. There have been periods in most of our games where we have played well, even dominated for periods, then gone on to shoot ourselves in the foot with poor finishing, poor defending, individual errors etc.
