Indoor tv Aerials

My BT package is going live today, but I've still a month of Sky before it gets cut off, so no immediate hurry to get my aerial sorted.

I'm wondering if anyone has BT and can recommend a decent indoor aerial? I understand that the channels are a mixture of online and through an aerial.

Cheers DT. I was looking at something along those lines.

I set everything up this aft and got 160 channels without an aerial - most notably missing ITV at the moment.

I've got one of them in a bedroom and use it for Freeview. It's a really good internal aerial, probably the best I've had.
