His kick is massive. What a clearance near the end - did it hit the floodlight pylon? Couldn't see from the East Upper but it was followed by what sounded like a sonic boom on its flight path to Monk Bretton Priory!
It did hit the floodlight. Probably still shaking. The best example of the match, of which there were many, of ..ahem...defenders clearing their lines properly. Good to see.
Really? I thought he was the worst of our players - can't remember him winning much at all today. The clearance was pub league at best.
Harsh jordan William's gave the ball away a few times leading to hull breaking and got skinned like a cat and megged in the 2nd half but dont really think tonight's the night to get on players backs. And a positive for William's it's the best he has played for us this season.
Breaking News :- Bambo clearance has just gone straight thru top window of the Shard in Landan tarn..
Really? After all these weeks we’ve been begging defenders to just put their foot through it if there’s any danger
It’s still stuck halfway up it. Had a great view of it from west upper hit the pylon bounced around a bit inside then stopped on a platform. I also thought it went out for a corner but the linesman gave a throw
Yep, it was the best thing to do in the circumstance but smashing it into oblivion once when required doesn't cover up for his general pi55 poor performance. But well done reds; let's get a run going now. COYR.
It should have been a corner - looked like it from my view east upper, it was the red that gave it. The linesman our side looked to the ref for guidance every decision, how he didn’t see the handball first half when all the east stand did I’ve no idea
I though penalty aside the ref was better than most we have had this season. That linesman was dreadfull. He had no idea had he
I honestly can't remember him winning much and can certainly remember him coming off second best in many situations.
I can't remember him doing anything much wrong. I may be biased by virtue of his post match pitch celebrations and expressions of joy and passion. I like to see a bit of that!
