    Teams do however generally take more than the absolute minimum otherwise there's be 6 subs na!ed by somebody every week.

    Is Struber so lacking in his own abilities to manage a group of men that he really takes the minimum he can get away with?

    I think he's a show pony who would rather flick the ball over his head than pass to someone next to him. Someone who has no end product and is lightweight. A passenger, who for 90% of the time we carry when we can't afford to.

    But yes it is all opinions

    The squad is too big. I'd rather have six subs that the head coach trusts instead of him picking someone he wants shut of just to fill the max bench quota.

    He must do, as he's consistently been picked by different managers. I'd love to see him produce it consistently on a matchday though.

    TBH we don't know why he's not being picked. If I was guessing he's the sort of player that needs to feel "wanted " and Struber isnt showing any signs of that. Might see how he's doing in u23s if I have some spare time after Chrismas because there's a good player in there .
