Both subs involved in the winner.

Oduor brilliant today. Millwall limited to one attempt on goal. Radlinger maybe a fault for that one, went for a punch & got no where near it.

Chaplin looks so dangerous, as did Thomas when he came on. Brown also lively I thought.

Cannot fault Struber whatsoever yet, especially his decision making with regards to substitutions, faultless.

Really happy with the guy so far. COYR

Said it before and now is the time to say it again.....we've got some real quality in this group and they're gaining belief week after week. they are not out of their depth in this league and they're all showing a real passion for the red shirt.
Looks like GS has instilled some positivity and confidence in their approach. hes gotvthem better organised. he's talked consistently about the mindset of the lads and he's altered that for the better. well done Gerhard lad.
    Patience and Perspective.

The board made the right decision over Stendel. We are much more organised and no longer play kamakaze football with too many players high up the pitch. We've been more competitive in the games since he left. I watched Hearts the other night and wasn't surprised to hear commentator say they were too easy to play against. I hope he does well because his connection with the fans was fantastic and last season will live long in the memory. He just didn't adjust to this level.

I wasn't in favour of bringing in another foreign coach with no experience of this league but the improvement is obvious. Unlucky not to have more points than what he's accrued. We have given ourselves a chance ar least. I'm afraid before the change, we had no chance.

Not that they were naturally going to improve with time and beginning to gel as the season progresses.

Individually yes but the improvement is in the team organisation shape in and out of possession and tactics... Surely you can see that

Me too but to be pedantic not all of his subs in every game have been great.

The improvement individually helps bring the team together, tactically we are improving going forward defensively we haven`t changed much but hopefully that will come with time or new bodies.

We will have to disagree, individuals are still making errors and goalie looks very dodgy...but let's enjoy the win and Xmas!

Still getting to know his players. Playing Oduor at left back has been a masterstroke.

Looking forward to seeing Odour play on Boxing day. And of course he's still getting to know his players.

We were looking 1/100 to go down before this lad Struber took over and he's literally waved a magic wand, I'm not saying we will stop in the Championship as no Team as that right but he as given us hope.
