    If anyone's watching it now Vos vs Kleermaker, it's purely embarrassing how empty the venue is. How much of a mistake was it the BDO moving it from Lakeside to a nightclub? 15% of the tickets sold for the tournament and now it's like a band has just got down at end of night at club...

    BDO cut the prize fund by 50%. The Ladies winner gets 8 grand compared to the 25k Fallon Sherrock got at Ally Pally. Be interesting to see how many BDO players rock up at PDC Q School in a couple of weeks time.

    Its a sad decline, it surely cant carry on the way its going. I know the standard has always been less than the PDC but iv enjoyed watching some cracking BDO matches down the years at lakeside.

    Most BDO I would imagine. The past it guys seen as BDO lifers like Adams, O Shea etc won't and wouldn't win a card anyway. I don't think Scott Mitchell will either as it's a long way up north from his farm to play such regular weekend events in Barnsley and Wigan in front of no fans.

    I hope Beau Greaves and Leighton Bennett win the tournament. Beau did well yesterday with averaging in the 80s and winning easily. If she got a tour card off merit Barry Hearn would market her everywhere based on how much he's obsessed with Sherock after two wins after female only qualification.

    I can see quite a lot rocking up at Q School come the end of this tournament. Beau has already said in an interview you can find on YouTube that she's going to Q School, already her and Fallon are moving over, Mark McGeeney did it last year too. It's got so bad since they've cut the prize fund, it surely cannot go on anymore like this. I'd love to see Leighton Bennett win it, would give him good credentials for when he's old enough to move to the PDC.
