    Or to try balance the defence maybe put Marcel at back of diamond, Halme at centre half and start Thomas

    There is more chance of me playing up front this weekend than Wilks and i'm 48 years old and 16 1/2 stone.

    Maybe let’s perhaps think that Marcel might not be up to the championship. They look technically great but the championship is partly about battling that seems to be what’s letting these Austrian players down in the case of Schmidt.

    If Woodrow’s fit then I think Struber’s team selection is pretty obvious, in fact even if Woodrow isn’t fit I think it’s pretty obvious as he’ll just play Thomas instead.

    I’d personally pick Dougall as the holding midfielder & put Halme at centre back but the above is what I’d expect Struber to do & I’d expect the following to be on the bench. If Woodrow’s not fit then Thomas to start & Mottley-Henry to be on the bench.

    Struber made it very clear about Wilks, his attitude stinks. Thinks he better than everyone else and obviously Struber doesn't like that

    Happy for Struber to deal with this. The lad has potential, but we've seen little of it. Sometimes it's necessary to cut your losses, to make space for players that want the shirt & fit the system the manager wants to play.
