I’ve been doing away games for about 15 years although I only do about 5 or 6 each season so not as qualified to comment on it than many on here but I’ve found most fans to be spot on.

Only times I’ve felt in any danger were coming out of Brammall Lane after we relegated them & then of course Millwall at Wembley. Not so much inside the ground as I wasn’t near the trouble but before the game various groups of young lads who were Millwall fans were sat outside our designated pubs just trying to cause bother.

 

I have been to Ipswich many times over the past few years. Many of their fans still tell me that BFC are the best away fans they've come across. A deal of that goes back to the 2000 play off final.
