    I think Charles has made it known that if/ when he becomes King, he fully intends to " slim down"
    the Monarchy. This will include many of the current "firm" being removed from the Civil list and being told
    to make their own way in the world, ensuring that they generate their own funds.

    His other ideas include mothballing some of the Royal residences.
    As far he's concerned, if it's avoidable, he would prefer not to live at Buckingham Palace but will keep
    it open as an ongoing money spinning tourist attraction.

    He does seem to have a problem with Women doesn’t he. I put it down to his Mother...for choosing his name. I mean Piers. Really. It wouldn’t have gone well in Grimey in the 70/80s.

    Sounds like some idea they have half thought through.
    All over the news now though, hope we get a a rebate/ refund on all the tax payers money spent on them so far.
