Firm disagree on that one. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It’s important we uphold that fact even in ‘grey area’ cases, whatever bad taste that may leave in the mouth afterwards.
I meant that the person in question knows. So if I know I've speeded even if a court of law says I haven't, I know I have speeded.
