    Reds forward Mallik Wilks has today left Oakwell for fellow Sky Bet Championship outfit Hull City, on a loan deal until the end of the 2019/20 season.

    Strange how hes good enough to play for hull but cant get in our 1st team squad. Pity we couldn't just get a fee for him and get him off books.....

    Right decision for me. Would be an error on our part to get rid of a player who has a lot of potential considering we've given him so few opportunities. Think we forget he's only just turned 21.

    Doesn't state it on ours but Hull have released their own article saying they have an option to make it permanent in the summer.

    He played well for McCann when he was at Doncaster. Hope that he can repeat that promise at Hull.
    That way, best case scenario is that if we do decide to sell him, we will be able to demand a realistic fee.
    He's certainly not rubbish. He just hasn't been able to find his best form in a red shirt unfortunately.
