someone on here said that Leeds had a buy back clause. So if he is on loan to Hull with an option to buy, how will that affect the alleged Leeds Clause?
I think even if it was the case of Wilks, if Hull decided on activating the option to buy I think Leeds would essentially have first dibs? If they refused then Hull could go ahead with their option. It seems to happen a lot in Spain and Italy, they see a player out on loan is gaining interest, they use their buy back and then sell on for a profit themselves. ( Sorry not loan but a player sold on with a buy back!)
