    think there may have been a slight misunderstanding -
    I googled 'getting rid of mothers-in law' and then sought advice on this site (see OP) as the old girl spends hours on the laptop when she visits (keeps her off telling us about her latest ailments.)
    So I thought I should delete the 'getting rid of mothers-in-law' threads which would make her, as she puts it, 'proper poorly'

    Result is I'm a tad surprised to find replies about porn, dwarfs, gussets, cats (predictive text can be problematic!) etc. - not sure how these link with my mil issue.

    at least there hasn't been a reference to 'hamsters'...….
