I wish Paul Conway was given 365 days a year off and he can take his mates on vacation with him.

A loss tomorrow before a late loss against Wednesday. Glad I'm off round York next weekend. Rather get thrown out at another game when I've had enough beer for a 3pm kick off.

They've done well with two January windows compared to the January sales we used to have.

Potts, that's it isnt it in 2 Jan windows? Cant really count Bradshaw. Compare that to the Vaz Te, Bree, Hourihane, Butterfield etc etc

Bradshaw was sold in the summer window really, the fee for potts was poor to say he had 2.5 years left on his contract and we were in a promotion campaign. Bree, conor, winnall, Butterfield all had 6.months left when they were sold they would have gone for nothing then people would have complained. We really needed a matty james type signing this window a player with experience, surely you arent happy with the incoming this window?

I judge success with transfers on, not how much money was received (which is important) but who their replacements were.

The extremely sad thing is, I don’t think they’ll care, at all.

When Potts went we had Brown already.

    Bradshaw left in the summer.

Hourihane was replaced by James - different players granted, but still the experienced loanee did a job to try to replace Connor.

Butterfield got crippled by Brown so was not sold in January.

When Bree left we still had Yiadom.

When Winnall left we had Bradshaw and Adam Armstrong- who's loan we extended till the end of the season.

When Vaz Te left we signed Nouble (obviously a dud).

The point is though, that when previously selling players, we always had a (relatively) adequate replacement lined up. But who has replaced Moore, Pinnock, Lindsay and Davies?
