    What version of Windows 10 are you running? Type winver in start menu and hit enter it should find it and it will tell you. We've got a few of these issues at work but it's W10 1803, 1909 seems to have fixed it mate.

    on my desktop I am still on Windows 7, I know its now unsupported. But I have free upgrade to W10.... how long would the upgrade take ?

    Depends on your system(CPU, RAM,Disc drive ISP ect) My old system took about 50/60 mins I think, can't be too sure.Well worth it though.
