    Agreed.

Sad that in recent years we have been held up as a beacon of a club that players WANT to come to to learn, develop and better themselves. The club creating a situation like this is now doing the exact opposite. Which player in their right mind will see whats going off with the likes of Green, Miller, Sibbick and now these 3 lads and want to come to Barnsley? The flagship club has sailed, welcome to the new model - a footballing car crash.

Aye cos I’m sure teams are lining up to sign Jordan Williams.

I'd just put it down to a change of head coach and the club backing him.

He's a brave man then, cos in spite of a decent (ish) December run he's not exactly proved himself the messiah. Jury back out - things could get toxic come mid-afternoon Saturday.

    Just saying .....

There's no point giving shirts to players and putting them in the shop window when they can't be bought. In Paul Conway's world that is.

Wonder if the adverse tweets have something to do with it.? Perhaps they've said something
that's not gone down too well.? Doubt we will never know till they eventually leave.

What's disappointing, is that because of the situation we are in, it's disconcerting to hear that
the group are not as " together" as we probably first thought. As some have said, if we have an
injury crisis in defence, it's a bit shortsighted to discount two players who could do a job for us.

Apart from his infrequent goals in League One, have to say that unfortunately, Mamadou Thiam
    has been a disappointment.

It’s a well known syndrome - players always get better in the memories of some the less they play, Cavare and Thiam have had chances and shown themselves to be not up to it, Pinnilos is the most consistent of the three, but too slow for this league. It’s not like we’re shutting out anyone who could do better then we’ve got, unless any of three fancy playing CB instead.

Apologies. Not getting at you personally. It just grates a bit when professional footballers get slagged off as being useless when clearly they are not. Don’t know if you’ve ever played with an ex-pro but it’s certainly an eye-opening experience!!

Not much quality in team or on subs bench , so it seems strange to rule 3 players out who can at least provide options off the subs bench

I think Mr Struber needs to work on his people skills. Treat people how you would expect them to treat you back. If he doesn't want them playing for us ever again that's his choice. But they are no more rubbish than his own signings that play all the time.

Surely the club are aware of Giddings and others tweets, so I find it hard to believe no official staement is forthcoming.

My fault with the poll! Was Brentford not a shocking result?

I definitely think you have to back the manager BUT do not have to air dirty washing in public. Tbf I'm hanging fire with Struber but he must have realised the problems when he came. Murray no doubt filled him in! Maybe I'm just weak but I'd have them training with the first team squad cos that's what they are, but maybe concentrate my energy on those I considered my first team As people say you never know when injuries may strike.

It's not looking great at the moment but we can't keep swapping managers. I think we'd have to give him a chance to show what he can do in div 1.

I doubt it is Struber making this call.

    Just a complete shambles.

I would say that all 3 are not suddenly world beaters, and all were relegated with us 2 years ago.

    But ask yourself these questions....

    Cavare or Jordan Williams?
    Thiam or Schmidt?
    Pinillos or Ben Williams?

Yet another wonderful decision by our fantastic owners.
