    Wow, what an inspiration this young man is. At his age. Full credit to him.

    Early this morning he set off for Oakwell, as part of a Triathlon he's completing to raise money for Bluebell Wood Childrens Hospice. So if you see him on route to Oakeell, please give him a beep, a shout, or a wave to encourage him on his journey.

    Today's challenge isn't all he's done though. Well worth a read of his full story.
