Is it unprofessional to make the same mistakes over and over again and not learn from them ?

 

Einstein said that it is the definition of insanity to keep doing the same thing & expect a different outcome - sadly, our defence is a case in point. There’s clearly a footballer in Mads but he needs telling that he’s poor at shielding the ball out of play - he keeps trying to & we keep giving goals away

 

Lack of ability maybe? I feared it was always going to get like this. Currently most of our squad are not suitable for the level they are playing at. With nowhere to hide and the relentless nature of the season some of them now look almost "shell shocked"
Whatever anyone thinks of Anderson for example it's clear he is now playing in fear.

 

He needs to be careful, Stendal called them a youth team and was sacked a couple of days later.

End of day struber is looking and picking the team and from his judgment he cannot see what 13000 fans see and that Anderson and Co are simply not good enough, as for playing at least 5 players out of position it baffles me, we have lack of squad in depth no Inpack of the bench, poor tactics and not willing to change, please do the right thing and walk away now before you embarres the club anymore same goes for the owners, my club is a joke to everyone, feels like it's been slowly having the insides riooed out bit by bit... I have nothing positive to say and that's sad because over the years past we have had great times and great players but sadly no more..

 

apparently brought oduor off for one mistake to bring somebody on that cannot lace clarkes boots and yet he persists with Anderson, mistake after mistake, unbelievable
