    He’s made 3 changes with half hour to gl. Why. If it ain’t injury that goes down with one of the worst manager tactics I’ve ever seen. Something you would see on Fifa.

    Convinced he does it to just try and look good.

    Take Oduor for example. If he doesn't like the job he's doing then why pick him? Why take him off before 45 mins in 3 of the last 4 games?

    Yeah by the bigger, stronger, faster Obita. If it was one of the centre halves he might have had a better chance of taking the chance.

    Well Strubers not looking too good today in that case.
    We haven’t taken our chances and have been punished, just like the majority of this season. We’ve been bullied off of the ball all match by readings team full of giants.
    Definitely not our day....

    Not necessarily disagreeing with that, but the point I was making was that three changes with 30 mins to go when you're losing the game is not as daft as the OP suggested.
