    Get disco and Bobby appointed for next season we might do better with people in charge that actually give a ****. Baffling substitutions and if he can't see ritzmaier is ***** and leave him on for 90 mins I give in

    I’d love to see a proper back room in the summer. Bobby and Disco as you said, then fetch ar Dale back. I can’t warm to Struber at all, and I can’t stand that snake Murray.

    unfortunately I think those boys wouldn’t take the job as they know it’s an impossible ask.

    Bobby has zero experience coaching and Disco isn't pulling up many trees in developmental. They would be nothing but sentimental choices.

    not exactly.

    It’s a good way of getting the fans back on side, and Disco is one of the most qualified coaches around and highly respected too. Development games aren’t worth the grass they’re running on.

    id be much happier knowing we had people who care running the first team, because I’m damn certain the current crop and the owners don’t.

    I think he is though, and I disagreed with his appointment from the start.
    Struber goes on about mental strength, mentality, focus, getting your head right etc etc

    1) Well Mr Struber, I have the most fabulous mental strength, my head is dead right, I have immense inner reserves and I am fully focussed on what I do.

    2) I'm **** at football though

    Mr Struber, point 1 does not guarantee being any good on the field, you have to have a bit of talent and be played to your strengths with tactics that are not akin to "rabbit-in-the-headlights"

    I think he’s got a point. You can have all the talent in the world, but without the mentality it means very little. They say all sports are played in the head first. Look at Nile Ranger and Ravel Morrison, they were tipped to be world beaters, but apparently have little upstairs and can’t apply themselves. If you think back, you’ll come up with loads of players like that. Weak mentality and fold on the pitch.

    Struber was schooled tactically today and his total lack of ability to do anything about it when it was so deeply obvious that they were doing to score was a big concern

    as great a concern as his failure to take off Ritzmaier who was completely hopeless. Why on earth have we signed a midfielder who:

    cant / won’t tackle
    Can’t see a pass
    Has no pace
    Can’t shoot
    Goes missing

    He has no redeeming features and he looks well out of his depth

    I am very concerned at where our club is heading

    the board have f ucked this season up completely. Shambles
