Lets be honest were not going to be relegated on that loss .
    We are what we are.
Must admit it was awful and i left at 4 30.
Recruitment was the key not Strubers tactics.
Looked like men against boys once again.
The board need to be looking at themselves not Struber.

It was a rhetorical question, I know he was on the bench but why wasn’t he playing?

To be honest fella, to put some context to Struber's radio Sheffield interview, he also said he had 'no words' for that second half performance, he was clearly very unhappy with what he saw. I hope he well and truly read them the riot act after that shambles. Don't get me wrong I think Struber got the team selection wrong but some of those players out there could have given a lot more in the second half. Struber can't do anything about simple passes going astray, players failing to control the ball and doing the basics.

Can't have been that unhappy he didn't make any subs till he'd thrown the game away and then his only subs were to take both strikers off in a game we were losing.

Bang on, I said in another post that the strikers were getting no service, the midfield was non existant, so he chose to replace 2 strikers...with 2 strikers
And still give them no service

Ritzy, Halme and Williams were scared stiff to put the tackles in.

If you’re not disagreeing with me then I think we both know who didn’t .
well tbh to me it’s glaringly obvious but if you’re having to ask then obviously it’s debatable .
We all know the players who aren’t good enough and the ones who may probably be in time but today some haven’t put themselves forward as they should and I’ll leave it at that .

I was wondering if we were thinking the same players.

I'll start with two. Ritzmaier and Woodrow who looks like he's absolutely fed up these days

Halme had to get through today (and last week) without a booking and it has clearly affected his game. The amnesty now kicks in so has 5 more bookings available before he is banned. Williams poor Ritzmaier worse

If the bit of quality had come through today we could have had a chance imo.
It didn’t need that much more to beat these today.
The quality we’ve shown in games we’ve been beat would have been enough today against a poor team .
I agree about tactics, team selection and substitutions being bewildering but even then it only needed a bit of quality and desire being implemented

If he wasn't going to tackle against a side like Cardiff then he shouldn't have been selected.

Absolutely- that first goal had been telegraphed for at least 10 or more minutes before and he did nothing! Bizarre! And on other occasions he’ll replace someone in literally minutes when there doesn’t seem to be a reason. I’m not suggesting it’s all his fault as players need to ( and have) taken responsibility but why didn’t he try to change the formation to at least give the lads a chance to try to combat the situation.
