Can't put all the blame on the players. Our best forward played at top of diamond and most creative midfielder in defensive midfield role at the foot of diamond. Needed some physicality in midfield and neither Ritzmaier or Thomas able to win battle. Ritzmaier I believe will be a good player but was clearly off the pace. Very surprise he was not replaced by either Dougall or Bahre.

Also why was Jordan Williams dropped? Not been his biggest fan. But he has improved game by game and in form.

Struber need to stop deflecting and take some responsibility. Poor substitutions. Getting battered in midfield and forward not getting supply. So we replace the forwards and leave midfield as is????

 

But in response to question. Yes, Schmit had shot at goal. More than Brown or Chaplin could manage.

Best chance fell to Woodrow. But shot wide. Need to take chances when they come.
