It does but thats why Paul had to speak to the Scottish fa because it was considered a conflict of interest. The important bit though is that if there's any doubt at all it's common sense to speak to the stakeholders of your business
Pretty sure when Asda and Sainsbury’s tried to merge they didn’t consult every shopper, happens all time in business. They were perfectly entitled to make enquiries/bids and equally the Scottish FA were entitled to call it a conflict of business. it would be nice to see the EFL/FA have the same ethos
I don't have a mortgage payment invested at Tesco a year in advance Although they did actually inform their customers via the media what their intentions were. Paul Conway blanked the Barnsley supporters and ran to the Scottish instead
Yeah they did inform them via the media, but only after the deal was agreed and you’ll spend a lot more in Tescos over a year
My money is tied up in Barnsley football club. It isn't tied up in tesco. If Tesco do something I don't like I can start shopping at Asda. When Paul Conway takes my money in April then sells the defence and star striker immediately afterwards, sacks the manager and attempts to buy another club which does have implications for the club in which I have my hard earned money tied up there's sod all I can do about it apart from make damn sure that the owners know my feelings about their behaviour
I still don’t understand why this event can’t be streamed or recorded. Or questions put to the club in writing and answered on the website.
We want to keep cauley next season it will take something quite staggering for cauley to leave..... million?
I meant to put 3million tbh, we seem to sell all our best players for around that mark, conor 3million, kieffer 2.5 pinnock 3million....
True they have already said in the past if a player wishes to leave we wont stop them, I doubt cauley will fancy league one will obviously want to play at the highest level possible.
