Over the next few weeks we are going to see some strange times. I know there are quite a few older members on here who will be isolating themselves. If you find that you need shopping or essential items or just need help, please let me know. I’m sure I’m not the only one, but am willing to collect and deliver things if needed. Don’t suffer, we’re all in this together and need to start acting like it.
If your kids are driving you crazy and you need pointing in the direction of some websites, or you need to do some homework with them you don’t understand then I’ll try and help.

Totally agree, I hope folk take the help seriously, if anyone is desperate for help if you PM me I’ll point you in the direction of Austiniho, Jamdrop and TitusMagee..., joking aside, lovely gestures and Actually it’s given me the idea to pop to see our elderly neighbours on our estate
I live in a block of flats in Headingley & we have set up a support group for any residents in need. It's the sort of thing that should be encouraged on a street by street basis. We put a flyer through everyones door with someone's name & phone number on to contact. The group is administered on Whatsapp & someone volunteers to do shopping, or just have a phone chat or whatever. As my business is closed, other than for rescheduling bookings, it at least makes me feel I'm doing something useful with my time, seeing I can't go down the pub.
