    Did she mention that cyclist deaths are double normal for the time of year despite the lower traffic rates?

    Edit: cyclist deaths involving collision with a motor vehicle that is. I heard that one car had been clocked at 151mph on the M1 and another at 130 in a 40 limit in London. Quite shocking.

    She was extremely chipper. When she introduced the two guest speakers I thought she was introducing two members of her new band and they were going to gives us a few tunes, rather than, you know, tell us more than 20,000 people have died.

    Yes she did mention the nutcases who have been using the roads as personal race tracks and she mentioned the specific incident that you have mentioned.

    There’s a guy who drives down our road using his mobile every single day. It’s got to the point where I want to report him now but not sure what police could do without evidence. Not sure if he’s maybe a delivery driver and that’s why he’s always on it but never seen him delivering and still shouldn’t be using it whilst driving.

    If he's a delivery driver and he needs it for his job then he should be using hands free so clearly he just has no regard for the law or the safety of others so you should report him. Could you record him driving while using his phone and give it to the police as evidence.

    Just log the time and dates you see him doing it, then phone the police and give them the details. They might pay him a visit and warn him that they could ask to check his phone records to see if they tie in with the information they've been given. Might be enough to make him stop.

    Otherwise, yeah, just record the ****.
