During this lockdown Government should take off all duty on beer and spirits as it’s essential medicine. Damn politicians — useless the lot of them

I'm on the wagon till the pubs reopen. Drinking at home alone isn't good. I'll only need a couple of pints to be rat arsed by the time they do. (I'm guessing maybe pre-Christmas).

To be honest I'm not a fan of drinking at home but the box of 6 different craft ales for £6.99 at B & M will do fine for me.
From memory the box includes Hobgobblin, Boondogg, Oxford Gold, Wainrights ale and 2 others which I can't recall:).

Correct. As would be anything in that box by Charles Wells or 'Shipyard'.

They've got quite the brewing empire Marston's, which often goes unnoticed.

I'm a Barnsley fan (now long exiled in London) and would highly recommend the shop in Mapplewell - I'd love to see it prosper. So many good pubs there too now. Please use Jay ahead of me but if there's anything he doesn't stock please have a look at my site www.craftmetropolis.co.uk. I do one-off boxes delivered all over the UK. Cheers all, Oli

Can recommend this! My sister bought me a box of belting beers from Oli the other Christmas. I'm fortunate to have an amazing beer shop near me in York (as well as Brew York!) and they are delivering in lockdown too but otherwise Craft Metropolis would be a first port of call
