I would normally agree with you mate. But given the fact they appear to be serial offenders. Then the system doesn’t do its job. How many times do you re-educate. De-tox. Understand. And allow reoffending to continue. In a lot of cases someone loses their life. and the same old, same old, excuses are used, the systems screwed I agree. But the general public should not have to put up with it. I don’t have the answers. Some are beyond redemption. Do we not agree some random attacks are just that. The nurse that died yesterday is the possible victim of exactly what that young girl did. Spitting. That person if found could be up for murder/manslaughter . But would probably get away with it on the grounds of not having/has had the virus. No excuse though however we paint a picture on it.
I might have misunderstood what’s happening here. It didn’t seem like an unprovoked attack. The black guy was seen running and stopped by a person that I presumed was NOT part of the group. In other words - the group had shouted for the guy to stop the black guy from running away. Why? We did not see events leading up to this. I watched it believing that the black guy had snatched something from a member of the group and made a run for it - probably snatching something from the girl in the film. If that was the case - then he got what he deserved - and probably needed more. But like I said I could have interpreted the film wrongly.
Yes you have definetly interpreted it wrongly. The surround him from both ends of the arcade and attack him. Had he stolen something and they were chasing him they would all be coming from the same direction
What would they say? '8 of us were walking down here when this one man stole our phone and cigarettes before running off. We ran after him and a few of us who are Olympic sprinters ran all the way round the main road and beat him to the top'?
You interpreted that 100% wrong. The other two that grabbed him were part of the gang. They were part of the set up. The little bloke who works in a shop is not a wrong-doer, he is a good hard working citizen. Some real nasty undertone behind your suggestion here.
The guy who stopped him and brought him down to the ground to me was clearly part of the group. His mate who walked around the corner with him was already holding a bottle of drink in each hand, one of them likely to be his, which suggests to me they were already prepared for it. This seemed coordinated and planned for any Unlucky victim.
Exactly that. It was a deliberate ambush. Have half the gang wait at the bottom of an abandoned arcade and when an unsuspecting victim walks down they seal off both ends. Pincer manoeuvre
Sometimes there are no reasons other than they are scum with no respect for the law or for other people. They contribute nothing to society.
