    I watched it twice nudge and thought why did the guy who stopped him and wrestled to the ground. Do what he did appearing at first not to be part of the group. And I agree some things didn’t appear to add up. So I’ve watched it a few times. And still come to the conclusion the man was to be the victim.
    1. All were heading down the arcade.
    2. The guy has had HIS phone and cigarettes taken off him if you see the chronicle web latest on the arrests. The thing that puzzles me at this time is they’ve arrested and released 6. No mention of looking for the other 2.
    3. They all go back the way they came. Which isn’t normal if your heading the other way to start with. Including the man who stopped him.
    One of the original 6 runs past whilst the man is being robbed. To the top of the arcade. Why would you do that. Only to see if anyone’s coming in my mind.
    The plot thickens. I suppose to a degree. But they do have appear to have previous for similar offences. according to those who know em.
    Only my thoughts. hopefully all will come out in the wash.

    Apparently they were back in town yesterday and again today. If that's true they have some balls as it isn't safe for them. The 21 year old should have her kids taken off her and from the stuff online about them her boyfriend is a wrong un.

    BREAKING: Five charged in connection with VE Day robbery Five people have been charged in connection with the robbery of a 41-year-old man in Barnsley town centre on VE Day (Friday 8 May). Four men have been charged with robbery and will appear before Sheffield Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Friday 15 May). Their names are: • James Steven Upton, 25, of no fixed abode • Edward David Johnston, 27, of no fixed abode • Kieron Yates, 19, of no fixed abode • Ryan Edward Houlston, 34, formerly of Bank End Avenue, Barnsley Appearing alongside them will be 21-year-old Jodie Louise Heppenstall, formerly of Princess Street, Barnsley, who is charged with robbery and common assault.     The police contacted the owner of the establishment whose CCTV footage is in the OP asking if their cameras had picked anything up. The owner checked, found the above, the police took a copy of the original recording.

    I thought they had already arrested them and then released them? Surely they must have seen the footage to be able to make arrests in the first instance because they didn't turn up at the scene to make arrests and its doubtful the victim knew their names.

    I could be completely missing summat mind.
