Who is paying for this legal action the investors or the clubs money ? i wonder.... not
The EFL legal team will string it out as long as possible as legal people do to make themselves money and try to influence the outcome based on how much it will and would end up costing the opposing legal team to go all the the end of legal proceedings.
how much is it going to cost 7 figures +
whose money will run out first and back down and settle.
your going to make your team an enemy a target.

i am going to guess teams are in the league because they allowed to do so by the EFL or F.A whoever runs it
and that can be taken away if they deem for that to appropriate.

A owner boss of a company i worked for many moons ago favourite saying was if anybody had any thing to say ,wasn't happy, challenged them about anything was
    " You can't win ".
And that will be the case whatever the outcome.

EFL Board propose the rules the clubs vote them in.
They have released another statement confirming this and that currently it is only a proposal.
They need 51% across all 3 leagues, if it is a yes, then all 3 leagues independently vote.
If it’s a no, the board have to start again.
    Vote is next week

We have that precedent when we are 4-1 up away at Plymouth. If it was Leeds at Oakwell, the result would stand.

Am I right in thinking teams not even in our division who don't want to play on have a massive baring on our future.
